Recently at my baby shower I came across a fruit salad one of the party givers had made. It was so good that I had to get the recipe. I’m sure babies would love this too! I did alter it from the original to fit my taste.
Liz’s Fruit Salad
1. I can mandarin oranges
2. 2 cans fruit cocktail
3. I can sliced peaches
7. 2 containers of Yoplait Strawberry Yogurt
8. 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
Open all cans. Drain the mixtures a little. It’s ok if some of the jucies remain as you will need them.
Pour all the cans of fruit in a big bowl together.
Open the pudding mixtures and dump the poweder into the fruit.
Put both containers of yogurt into the mix.
Stir together until well blended.
Add the uncanned fruit, making sure to leave stems off of grapes and leaves off of strawberries.
Again mix everything together.
Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
We do it for desert or sometimes our 4 p.m. snack! It’s sweet, yet fruity, making it a great choice over candy and chocolate.
